Store Policies
Returns:
We personally inspect every item brought into the store, and will note if we place an item for sale that has writing or missing pages. We do not intentionally misrepresent; however, we are human and may on occasion miss something. If you receive an item that has been grossly misrepresented, please contact us so we can work something out. Refunds or exchanges of used items are not given for any other reason.
We do not guarantee that we will “buy” a book back from you, even if you purchased it from us. Please choose your curriculum with great consideration and forethought.
Items purchased from Access Books and More are subject to the following return policy:
New books and/or items may be returned within 14 days for a store credit of the full amount. All items must be in the exact same condition as they were purchased. New items returned after the 14 day period may be subject to our standard trade in policy.
Used items may not be returned for full purchase credit. If you purchase a used item and decide it is not for your family, you are welcome to resale your item.
Clearance items cannot be returned.
Online Purchases
If there is a problem with an order you placed online, or if you wish to return items, please call or email the store to allow us to serve you. We can be reached at (336) 510-9440 , accessstacey@triad.rr.com.
Special Orders
It is impossible for us to carry every title available, but we are happy to assist you in finding the books (new or used) that you are looking for.
All special orders must be prepaid. We regret having to do this; unfortunately, there have been too many no shows following the special ordering of books.
Shipping:
We will do our best to maximize your shipping dollar! If you are purchasing multiply items with us, we will combine the shipping. Please email so that we can update the invoice in your favor. If you do not contact us, we will not be responsible for reduced shipping.
Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery for domestic shipments. If you wish to receive your items faster, please contact us for a shipping quote prior to purchasing items.
Payments
We accept money orders, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, Discover, AMEX, Paypal and Google Checkout.

Local Shoppers are welcome to pick up to waive the shipping fees.
